Education: Bethany College, Lindsborg, KS 1974-1975

Experience: Mosaic career began as a summer worker in 1975-1976, returned to direct care on the Axtell campus in 1979, transferred to administrative support in 1983 and began working in resource development in 1989.

  • Currently direct the day-to-day operational systems in the areas of public relations, annual giving, donor relations, donor database management, direct mail program, planned gift administration, estate administration, and charitable gift solicitation registration. Coordinate and execute departmental strategic plan.

  • Experienced in special event management for recognition events, fundraisers, dedications, open houses, reunions, installations, and educational seminars and conferences.

  • Maintain on-going relationships with donors, Board members, Mosaic families, volunteers and financial professionals. Interface with internal audiences for cohesive coordination of resource development processes.

  • Served as the Executive Secretary to The Mosaic Foundation Board of Directors. Maintained corporate records and served as staff liaison to Board Committees.
