Mosaic Welcomes Heather Gunn

Mosaic extends a warm welcome to Heather Gunn.

Heather serves as the Vice President of Mission Integration, a new position for Mosaic. In this role, Heather is responsible for providing leadership throughout the integration process for acquisitions and new models of service. Reporting directly to Knute Rotto, COO, Heather’s office is located at the Lind Center in Omaha.

A Florida native, Heather brings more than 20 years of experience in complex enterprise systems, cross-functional integration, project planning and program management. She comes to us from Mutual of Omaha where she served as the senior project manager in the company’s enterprise project management organization.

Prior to working at Mutual of Omaha, Heather spent 18 years at Hewlett-Packard working in various global IT and Operations planning and program management roles. As a Merger and Acquisitions Program Manager in the Sales organization for Hewlett-Packard, she managed the integration of seven acquisitions within an 18-month period of time.

Heather is enjoying her new role at Mosaic and the opportunity it brings to get to know the business from end-to-end.

“It’s been a goal of mine to work for an organization that brings a deeper purpose,” said Heather. “I’m so excited to be here.”

Heather earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Florida and holds the certifications of Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

She and her husband Dan have two daughters – Delaney, 16 and Emma, 14.
